The Organising Committee has authorized ERA Ltd to be the local official travel agency for Hotel reservations. In order to benefit from the above discounted rates, kindly send the enclosed accommodation form with a proof of payment to:

ERA Ltd, 17, Asklipiou Str- 106 80, Athens, Greece, either by Fax: (+30) 210 3631 690, or by e-mail: info@era.gr or preferably online at the Congress Website: www.wmhc2009.com Due to the fact that in September most of the Hotels run high occupancy, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after August 25th, 2008 although our local agent, ERA Ltd. will make every effort to meet participants’ requirements.

ERA Ltd. will operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis with incoming requests. In order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended. No telephone reservation will be accepted. Reservations will only be confirmed with the payment of 2 nights deposit and if credit card details are fully supplied.

ERA Ltd will send a written confirmation, indicating the name and address of the Hotel. For hotel reservation made by sponsoring company, the delegates will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly. For room bookings over 10 rooms, companies are requested to send their request by e-mail to ERA Ltd (info@era.gr). Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment conditions for hotel and tours reservation
- Two (2) nights deposit, payable to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm your Hotel Reservation.
- 30% deposit, drawn to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm the Pre & Post Meeting Tours.
- Full prepayment for Hotel accommodation and Tours should be effected to ERA Ltd, not later than August 24, 2009.
- Your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance of your Hotel and tours
reservations. Participants who have paid with a Bank transfer need to send their balance to ERA Ltd

Cancellation policy for hotel accommodation
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to ERA Ltd.
Please do not contact the hotel directly
1. Written cancellation received by June 1st, 2009: Full refund less 25 i administration fees will be charged.
2. Written cancellation received by July 31st, 2009: 1 night cancellation fee applies.
3. Written cancellation received by August 10th, 2009: 2 nights cancellation fees apply.
4. Written cancellation received from August 24th, 2009 and onward: No refund.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable

Cancellation Policy for Multi days Tours reservations
- Written cancellation, for Multi days Tours received by August 17th, 2008: Full refund less - 25
administration fee
- Written cancellation, for Multi daysTours , received after August 17th, 2008: No refund & full
charge will apply.

Method of Payment for Registration/ Hotel Accommodation / Tours Payment can be effected either:
a) By bank remittance stating the ”World Congress of the World Federation for Mental Health”,
as well as, the name of the participant:

Charges are the responsibility of the participants and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees.
b) By major credit cards. Please complete the relevant information as described in the enclosed registration form. A written confirmation will be sent to you by ERA Ltd upon receiving your Hotel reservation form and fees.

Era Ltd and their agent shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
